BID Services launches survey to help shape IAG Services 

BID Services is undertaking a survey around the delivery of Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) services. We want to find out more about what people use IAG services for and how people want to access these services.

To help us shape our services going forwards, we would be very grateful if you would take a few minutes to tell us what you think.

Please see below for a link to the online survey. This has British Sign Language (BSL) translations, English audio and subtitles. We have also provided a text only version of the survey which can be sent back to us if you would rather use this.
