Brother and sister raise money for our Lincolnshire coffee morning & lunch club!
We are absolutely thrilled to share some wonderful news from our Lincolnshire Sensory Services team!
Brother and sister, Adam and Gemma, recently completed the Boston Marathon (which is an amazing achievement in itself!) and chose to turn their incredible effort into something even more special. Through their fundraising, they raised an amazing £610, which they kindly donated to support our Boston coffee morning/lunch club!
Adam and Gemma decided to raise money for this social group as a way of saying thank you to Amanda and our fantastic team of volunteers, who have supported their parents, Viv and Ivan, over many years. It’s a truly meaningful gesture, and we are incredibly grateful that they chose to give back in this way.
In line with Adam and Gemma’s wishes, the donation will be used for something special for everyone who attends the coffee morning/lunch club, such as a day out or shared experience. This group is very well attended and offers people something to look forward to each month.

The money raised will go a long way in supporting our clients, helping to reduce isolation and support their mental health. It’s generosity like this that strengthens our community and makes such a positive difference to the lives of those we support.
A huge thank you once again to Adam and Gemma for their hard work, dedication, and kindness. Choosing to run for our clients truly means the world to us, and to everyone who benefits from our services.
