Testimonials
“Having a simple window to be heard was such a breath of fresh air. Not having anyone to really listen over the years of my ill health kept a depressing shadow over me. Coming under the umbrella of BID Services has now given me hope and a light at the end of the tunnel. My many thanks come down to Safina, who has been attentive throughout. I was taken aback by how committed you all are. Seeing how positive you are in your role, gives me confidence that I can continue in my career.” Mary, service user.
