We provide a wide range of services for people who are D/deaf, hard of hearing, have sight loss, or are deafblind and family or carers. Support is available across the Midlands, northern England, and the east of England and can be accessed in person or remotely, for example, by phone or video call, to suit individual needs. Benefits and Money
If you are deaf, hard of hearing, have sight loss, or are deafblind, you might be able to get disability benefits or other financial help. We can explain what support you’re entitled to and provide advice to help with budgeting.
Independent Living
We offer advice, support and training to help you live safely and independently in your own home and community. We can also help you safely access services or information online and understand your rights.
Employment Support
We provide support and advice to help you gain employment and access education, training or volunteering opportunities. If you are deaf, hard of hearing or have a sight impairment and live in Birmingham or Leeds, we can support you. In Birmingham we can also support those living with a disability.

Equipment and Technology
We offer advice, training and access to equipment and technology to help people who are D/deaf, hard of hearing, or have sight loss live more independently and stay connected. Our teams can help you find the equipment and technology to suit your needs.
Health and Wellbeing

Awareness Training

We run a variety of activities across the country, from hearing aid maintenance drop-ins and fitness sessions social groups and art workshops.

Need a BSL interpreter or communication support?
We have a highly experienced team of BSL interpreters who facilitate communication between deaf sign language users and hearing people. We can also provide Sign Supported English, Deaf Relay and Deafblind Interpreters, lip-speakers and note-takers.
