We will comply with data protection law when gathering and using personal information. The personal data we collect from you will be used lawfully. It will be relevant to and limited to, the purposes we have told you about. We have put in place measures to protect the security of your information

When you use our services, we may collect personal information directly from you or from family, friends, members of the public and other professional bodies, external organisations and agencies.

We do not collect any personal information about you through our website, unless you choose to contact us (via email or direct web form) and provide personal information.

Data Protection Officer

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer to oversee compliance with our Privacy. If you have any questions about how we handle your personal information, please contact the Data Protection Officer.

You have the right to make a complaint at any time in accordance with BID’s Complaints Policy. To do this, please contact BID Services at our registered office and address your message for the attention of the Chief Executive Officer. Alternatively, you can raise your concerns by contacting the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
