We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and confident Sensory Services Manager to join our Lincolnshire team which provides specialist support to individuals across Lincolnshire who are Deaf, have a hearing loss, sight loss or are Deaf Blind.
As part of the role you will:
- Manage our Lincolnshire Sensory Support Service
- Providing supervision to Senior team members and leadership of the wider team.
To be successful for this post, you will have:
- High level understanding of the Care Act
- Experience and knowledge of working with adults and children with a range of sensory support needs.
- Previous experience of managing and delivering contracts.
- Quality performance monitoring and reporting.
- Communicate to a minimum BSL level 2
- Higher management qualification.
