Sensory Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and confident Sensory Services Manager to join our Lincolnshire team which provides specialist support to individuals across Lincolnshire who are Deaf, have a hearing loss, sight loss or are Deaf Blind.

As part of the role you will:

  • Manage our Lincolnshire Sensory Support Service
  • Providing supervision to Senior team members and leadership of the wider team.

To be successful for this post, you will have:

  • High level understanding of the Care Act
  • Experience and knowledge of working with adults and children with a range of sensory support needs.
  • Previous experience of managing and delivering contracts.
  • Quality performance monitoring and reporting.
  • Communicate to a minimum BSL level 2
  • Higher management qualification.
