PA to CEO

We are looking for a highly driven, super-organised Personal Assistant who can effectively balance multiple demands and projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining a professional environment. BID Services is a friendly, welcoming charity with a commitment to supporting their staff, volunteers and service users.

As part of the role you will:

  • Provide daily support to the Chief Executive Officer.
  • Support the Senior Management Team and the Chair, Secretary and Board of Trustees including planning and coordinating Board meetings.
  • Coordinate accurate and timely production of reports, minutes and follow up actions.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and Resources Team
  • Manage the onboarding of all volunteers to the organisation

To be successful for this post:

  • Proven experience as a PA/EA to CEO with strong administration skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask with high attention to detail.  
  • To be tech-savvy with excellent use of Microsoft 365 and experience of databases
  • Precise note taking skills and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Experience of coordinating/compiling accurate reports and documents
  • Experience of managing projects and coordinating events
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
