We are looking for a highly driven, super-organised Personal Assistant who can effectively balance multiple demands and projects, meeting deadlines and maintaining a professional environment. BID Services is a friendly, welcoming charity with a commitment to supporting their staff, volunteers and service users.
As part of the role you will:
- Provide daily support to the Chief Executive Officer.
- Support the Senior Management Team and the Chair, Secretary and Board of Trustees including planning and coordinating Board meetings.
- Coordinate accurate and timely production of reports, minutes and follow up actions.
- Provide administrative support to the HR and Resources Team
- Manage the onboarding of all volunteers to the organisation
To be successful for this post:
- Proven experience as a PA/EA to CEO with strong administration skills.
- Highly organised with the ability to multitask with high attention to detail.
- To be tech-savvy with excellent use of Microsoft 365 and experience of databases
- Precise note taking skills and maintaining confidentiality.
- Experience of coordinating/compiling accurate reports and documents
- Experience of managing projects and coordinating events
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
