Sensory Services Manager Birmingham & West Midlands

We are seeking a Sensory Services Manager to join our Birmingham & Midlands teams in providing specialist community-based support services to individuals who are Deaf, have a hearing loss, sight loss or are Deaf Blind.

Interviews will take place between 2nd – 9th October 2025.

As part of the role you will:

  • Manage our sensory support services.
  • Provide supervision to team managers and leadership of the wider teams.

To be successful for this post, you will have:

  • a high-level understanding of the Care Act
  • experience and knowledge of working with individuals with a range of sensory support needs.
  • be highly motivated and confident.
  • previous experience of managing and delivering contracts.
  • an understanding of quality performance monitoring and reporting.
  • able to communicate to a minimum BSL level 2.
  • have or willingness to work towards a higher management qualification.
