This friendly, in-person session will help you build tools and techniques to use when stress arises, whether itβs at work, at home, or just on a tough day.
What to Expect
- Gain confidence in handling stressful situations calmly
- Understand why stress happens and how it can affect us differently
- Learn simple stress management techniques, including breathing exercises and ground strategies
