This friendly, in-person session will help you build tools and techniques to use when stress arises, whether it’s at work, at home, or just on a tough day.

What to Expect
  • Gain confidence in handling stressful situations calmly
  • Understand why stress happens and how it can affect us differently
  • Learn simple stress management techniques, including breathing exercises and ground strategies
