Everyone’s experience of mental health is unique. At times, we may find ourselves struggling and unsure how to cope. This one-off workshop is a chance to explore what mental health really means, why challenges can arise, and practical ways to support your wellbeing. Through a friendly, chatty session, you’ll gain useful techniques to help improve your mental health and build a better understanding of yourself.
