Lincolnshire Care Plus

https://youtu.be/thDr4RKXG8U

Care Plus supports adults, young people and children living with a sensory loss to maintain their independence and to help improve their lives.

This service is available through referral and social care assessment undertaken by Lincolnshire County Council. We can provide Care Plus for private individuals who can self-fund the services they need.

Clients are actively involved in the planning of their care and support to ensure we meet their individual needs.

This service can support people in a variety of ways:

  • Support for outings such as visiting family and friends, attending appointments and social activities
  • Going shopping for food, gifts, household goods and clothes
  • Household tasks such as doing the laundry, preparing meals, light household duties
  • Light gardening maintenance – weeding, bagging rubbish, mowing the lawn
  • Help with paying bills, managing finances and supporting with personal correspondence needs
  • Offering short breaks within a day for family carers
  • Friendship and companionship

Testimonials

I wanted to say that Jorja has been a pleasure to work with on this case. She has been extremely helpful in supporting me in my role. She has kept me informed of things I’ve needed to know and has always been willing to go above and beyond for my client and help me. Her kind and caring nature has not only been noticed by myself but also the care home. [Care Home] have also commented how supportive all the support workers have been.
