SOS (Save our Sight) Group

About the group: Join us for a friendly session featuring guest speakers, music acts, quizzes and plenty of chat. Enjoy tea, coffee and lunch, with access to a cafe/restaurant on-site.

When: Wednesday – Biweekly from 11am – 2pm

Morley Group

About the group: This group is for residents of Morley who are visually impaired. A welcoming space for socialising and fun activities like bingo, raffles, and occasional music acts. Enjoy tea, coffee, cake, and biscuits, plus meals out including fish & chips.

When: Thursday – Weekly, 12pm – 3pm

Deafblind Group

About the group: This group is for residents of Leeds who are Deafblind. Connect with other through games, quizzes, bingo, music and friendly conversation. Refreshments including tea, coffee and biscuits, and the occasional fish and chips. Current members often bring a small packed lunch and eat together.

When: Friday – Biweekly, 10am – 2pm

VIable Group

About the Group: VIable is a member-led social group for people who are visually impaired. Activities are decided collaboratively through a WhatsApp group, giving members the chance to suggest and vote on what they’d like to do. This could include anything from exploring new walking routes to enjoying boat rides, museum trips, and other exciting outings. VIable is a very active group, so it’s recommended that members feel confident with mobility. It’s a fantastic way to stay social, discover new places, and share experiences with others.

BSL Coffee Morning

About the Group: This is not a regular social group with fixed members. Instead, we open our office doors every 3rd Friday to welcome anyone who uses British Sign Language (BSL), is currently learning BSL, or simply wants to start learning. It’s a fantastic opportunity to connect with others, share your love for the language, and practice your skills in a relaxed, social setting. Help yourself to tea, coffee, and the occasional sweet treat from our kitchen while enjoying great conversation.

When: 3rd Friday of every month
