Leeds Children’s Equipment Service

We provide advice and support around specialist equipment for children and young people living in Leeds aged 18 and under who are D/deaf or hard of hearing. We provide a wide range of equipment and assistive technology to help D/deaf and hard of hearing children in their everyday lives, for example, supporting with communication, accessing leisure and social activities and alerting them to things happening around them.

Equipment issued is based around individual need. Examples include TV loops to help with listening to the TV and radio aids and receivers.
