Free drop-in for people who are d/Deaf, hard of hearing or visually impaired needing information in living with hearing loss and also support with NHS hearing aid re-tubing, cleaning and replacement batteries.

These drop-ins are run by volunteers and operate on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Please be aware it may be necessary to wait during busy periods.

Please bring your NHS number to receive equipment support.
