Making a complaint

We try hard to provide high quality services, but we know that sometimes you might be unhappy with the support you have received. If you are unhappy, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can understand your concerns and try to put things right.

You can make a complaint by completing the Complaints Form below and emailing or posting it to us. Or, if you prefer, you can send a BSL video via WhatsApp. Please ensure this is no more than 5 minutes long.
