Relief Support Worker

Location: Lincolnshire- Lincoln area 
Hourly rate: £9.50 per hour 

Hours: As and when required

Contract: Relief 

Do you like to work flexibly and passionate about supporting others?

We are seeking passionate and empathetic individuals to work as part of the BID Services Lincolnshire team that provides a range of services to adults, children and families that have a sensory impairment and associated disabilities. As part of the role, you will support our service user who is visually impaired to enable them and their family to live independent lives.

Main duties include but not limited to:

  • Providing support with university work
  • Providing activities support with children
  • Providing domestic support such as shopping
  • Supporting with other daily tasks

To be successful for this role it is desirable that you have experience working with service users with a sensory impairment and associated disabilities, experience in supporting friends and family, to be able to maintain and respect confidentiality, Able to identify changing needs and report accordingly. The successful candidate will need to have or have access to a vehicle to and full driving license, must be flexible and able to work to a rota system.
