Relationship Engagement Officer

Location: Birmingham
Type: Part-time (15 hours a week)
Salary: £22,572 pro-rata per annum 
Contract: Fixed-term until December 2022 with potential extension to 2023

We are recruiting for a Relationship Engagement Officer to join our team in Birmingham to research, develop and maintain relationships with key services such as Birmingham Audiology, NHS, GP’s/Healthcare Providers, Charities and Community Providers to create smooth referral pathways for citizens in need of support.

 Job description

As part of the Relationship Engagement Officer role, you will: 

• Act as a single point of access by networking and promoting our services.
• Identify and engage with key stakeholders.
• Offer a visible presence within Audiology services/Community Assets/Voluntary organisations across the city providing Single Point of Access to our services.
• Record statistics on CRM, databases and citizen files ensuring KPI’s have been identified and logged accurately.
• Participate in various steering groups.

To be successful you will have knowledge of current issues of people with a sensory disability, knowledge of Birmingham Services and partnership agreements, experience in partnership working with external service providers. You will have the ability to communicate at all level, excellent IT skills and the ability to travel.
