Registered Sign Language Interpreter 

Location: West Midlands
Salary: £23,313-£28,225 per annum depending on experience (pro-rata if part-time )
Hours: Full time, Part-time considered

Temporary Maternity cover until October 2021 with potential permanent vacancy 

We are recruiting for a Registered Sign Language Interpreter to join our Communications team based in Birmingham. Working as part of a team of Interpreters you will be delivering high quality BSL Interpreting service to our clients in the community in the West Midlands area.

To be successful for this post you will need to be a NRCPD Registered Interpreter, able to work on your own initiative as well as being a good team member. You should be able to demonstrate your ability to interpret between BSL and English and show aptitude to work in a range of community interpreting settings with an understanding of equal opportunity issues. Further training and funding will be offered to successful applicants to develop their skills.

This role requires travelling within the West Midlands area therefore it is a requirement to have/ have access to a vehicle with business insurance.
