Learning & Development Coordinator 

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £20,540 pro-rata per annum 
Hours: Part-time,16 hours per week 
Contract Length: Permanent 

Here at BID Services we place a high value in the continued investment of learning and development for our people, and to assist us in achieving our L&D strategy we are looking for an experienced administrator that will join our friendly HR team of five.

The successful person will predominantly be responsible for the effective coordination of L&D, and supporting the Head of HR with other HR administration.

You will have previous experience working within a HR service, using databases, managing e-learning systems, coordinating training, virtual learning events, and liaising with training providers. You will possess excellent organisational, IT/administrative and time management skills and have a proven track record of supporting a team under time pressure.

Attention to detail and accuracy are key requirements for this role, and essentially effective communication skills because you will need to have the confidence to liaise and negotiate with stakeholders. You will need to be flexible and able to juggle adapting priorities.
