Location: Warwickshire 
Salary: £16,766 per annum 
Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week or part time hours available

Fixed term contract until 31st July 2020 with possible extension

Are you an experienced Housing Support Worker who has a passion working with learning and physical disabilities?

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our small and friendly team in Warwickshire to provide housing related support 

As a Support Worker you will provide housing related support to our service users who have physical and learning disabilities to enable them and  promote  independent living within the community. You will be carrying out service user needs assessments and identifying priority needs for housing related support,transferring priority needs onto a person-centered enablement plan.

Successful applicants will have previous experience of supporting vulnerable people and their families and must have experience in supporting individuals with physical disabilities as well as carry out assessments/risk assessments and support planning.

This role is office based , however you will have to opportunity to work form home occasionally with the requirement to attend regular supervision ,training and development and have a vehicle available for work as you will be required to travel around the Warwickshire area.
