Location: Warwickshire
Salary: £16,766 pro rata per annum
Hours: Part time, 20.5 hours per week

Fixed term contract until 31 July 2020, with possible extension

Are you an experienced Housing Support Worker who has a passion working with individuals living with learning and physical disabilities? We are seeking a part time Support Worker to join our small and friendly team in Warwickshire to provide housing related support.

As a Support Worker, you will provide housing related support to our service users who have physical and learning disabilities to enable them and promote independent living within the community. You will be required to carry out service user needs assessments and identifying priority needs for housing related support, transferring priority needs onto a person-centred enablement plan.

Successful applicants will have previous experience of supporting vulnerable people and their families and must have experience in supporting individuals with physical and learning disabilities as well as carry out assessments/risk assessments and support planning.

This role is office based. However, you will have the opportunity to work from home occasionally with the requirement to attend regular supervision, training and development and have a vehicle available for work as you will be required to travel around the Warwickshire area.
