Salary: £23,313 to £25,838 per annum dependent on experience

We are seeking an Eye Care Liaison Officer (ECLO) to provide a high-quality service to our service users who are visually impaired and may have other disabilities. You will work from St James hospital and be prepared to work from Seacroft hospital and other venues within Leeds community when required. As part of the role, you will be:
To be successful for the role you will have experience of working as an ECLO and be able to undertake assessments, manage a comprehensive case load and be able to use databases.
Ideally you will have an ECLO qualification or a willingness to achieve the qualification, you will have excellent communication and networking skills, and able to work on your own as well as part of a team.
