Employment Coach

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £22,572 per annum (dependent upon experience)
Hours: 22.5 hours per week
Contract Length: Fixed Term Contract to 22.06.2022 (potential 18 month extension).

Do you have experience in any of the following areas?

  • working as an employment coach supporting people with complex needs
  • working as a support worker, ideally with disabled
  • working as an outreach worker or networker
  • working with disabled people in any capacity
  • lived in experience of disability and passionate about making a difference

If yes, then we would like you to join our PURE team working with Birmingham residents with disabilities including physical disabilities, people with hearing loss and long-term health conditions. Your responsibilities will include networking and outreach and supporting people with disabilities into employment, education or training.
