Location: Leeds
Salary: £17,490 pro-rata per annum 

Hours: 18.5 hours per week

We are seeking a Customer Services Co-ordinator to join our Leeds Hearing & Sight Loss Service to provide "open door" high quality service to our service users who are Deaf,Hearing Impaired,Severely Sight Impaired,Deafblind or have acquired dual Sensory Loss.

As part of the role you will be the main access point for our service users providing high quality information ,advice and guidance on appropriate resources.Update and monitor Leeds Hearing and Sight Loss Service's Social Media, maintain a pleasant environment for visitors,supporting the day to day running of the office. You will be dealing with incoming referrals,enquiries,undertaking initial assessments/risk assessments.Signpost service users to other services within Leeds Hearing& Sight Loss Service by providing them with professional information and advice.You will be responsible to carry out other general administrative duties.

The successful candidate will have experience in working with sensory impaired people and associated issues. Excellent communication, organisation ,administrative and IT skills are essential including British Sign Language (Level 1 and Level 2) as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Some felxibility required as the post holder will be required to work occasional evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
