Location: Birmingham
Hours: Part time, 22 - 29.5 hours per week
Salary: Point 18A - 19A, £17,490 - £18,113 per annum (pro rata)

We are seeking an enthusiastic co-ordinator to support our Communications team in Birmingham. You will be working closely with our interpreting and Communications support team to provide high quality administrative support.

What can you expect? As part of the team, you will be liaising with customers, diary management, allocating bookings across a range of contracts, maintaining a portfolio of professionals and monitoring quality control. You will be working with the co-ordination team to meet heavy demands in a fast moving environment, juggling changing priorities and a fluid workload therefore you must be highly organised, able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of IT with accurate typing skills, you will have the ability to learn our electronic booking system, you will possess good telephone manner and excellent attention to detail. You will have the ability to work independently using your initiative, as well as working as part of a team.

It is essential that you possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a recognised English qualification. A British Sign Language qualification would be an advantage, however training will be offered to the right applicant.
