Administrative Coordinator - BSL Interpreting 

Location: Birmingham
Salary: £18,787 per annum (full-time)
Hours: Full and part-time vacancy
Contract: 3-month with possibility of extension

We are recruiting for a full and part-time Administrative Coordinator to support our highly successful sign language interpreting service. As part of our friendly communications team, you will possess excellent customer service skills and will undertake a range of duties including:

  • Coordinating sign language interpreter bookings
  • Liaising with customers
  • Managing a web-based diary management system
  • Maintaining a database of freelance interpreters

If you are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have a BSL Level 1 or above qualification, are highly organised, with a sound knowledge of IT, then please get in touch.
