We are seeking a Specialist Mental Health Support worker to join Leeds Sensory Services to deliver a service on behalf of Live Well Leeds project.
As part of the role you will:
- Conducting assessments to ensure people with mental health conditions receive the support they need.
- To develop and/or review support plans
- To collate and present service user information.

To be successful for this post:
- Strong IT skills
- Experience in Working with people with a sensory disabilities (Deaf, Hard of Hearing and Deafblind)
- Experience in undertaking needs-led assessments
- Experience in providing Information, Advice and Guidance
- Strong IT skills
- Willingness to learn British Sign Language up to Level 3
