We are looking for an experienced manager to manage our residential care home based in Erdington for Adults who are profoundly Deaf and have learning disabilities/mental health. You will have the knowledge and experience to ensure that we continue to provide a high standard of care, meeting legislative requirements and Care Quality Commission standards as the Registered Home Manager.
The successful candidate will:
- Be self-motivated
- Possessing effective finance and budgeting skills
- Have good knowledge of care planning, health and safety and risk assessment along
- Have staff management skills and experience
Our home is supported by a highly skilled and dedicated staff team, comprising of 1 Deputy Manager, 12 support workers and a small pool of relief workers. You will possess excellent leadership and management skills, to manage and develop staff supported by the Deputy Manager.
