Here at BID we have an exciting opportunity for an HR/Learning and Development Coordinator to join our team.
In this role you will be responsible for the effective coordination of meeting L&D needs within the company, to ensure core training learning and development needs are met for all colleagues, as well as supporting on wider HR administrative duties.
As part of the role you will be:
- Liaising with service managers to arrange and coordinate internal and external core training sessions (physical or virtual) for staff and volunteers as part of the induction process, for refreshers and new core training initiatives.
- Providing effective operation of e-learning management systems, monitoring progress, certificates and giving updates to line managers.
- Inputting and managing records on the learning and development database, producing reports as required.
- Building networks with training providers.
- Providing a range of administrative support within the HR team including the recruitment and induction of staff, assisting with employee correspondence such as contracts and offer letters.
What we are looking for:
- Strong organisational and planning skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ideally L & D/HR systems databases
- Great customer service skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to participate in personal development and training
