Coronavirus update

Last update on Friday 3rd July, 2020

Leeds Hearing & Sight Loss Service opens for appointments only.

We know some people have not accessed services throughout the Coronavirus outbreak therefore we will be re-opening doors at Gallery House to offer face to face appointments for the Information, Advice & Guidance Support and Technology Equipment Service. All of our other services continue to work remotely and support for these services can be accessed from your home.

From Tuesday 7th July, face to face appointments will be available to book.

When you arrive at Gallery House, you will notice some changes.

Please follow the 2 metre social distancing rule at ALL TIMES. If it’s not possible to follow the 2m distance, we will ask you to wear a face mask which we can also provide.
If you have any COVID symptoms, please do not come to Gallery House.
When you first arrive at Gallery House, please use the hand sanitiser provided.
You will be allowed to bring someone with you for support but not more than 2 people.
