Have your say…Communication & Marketing Consultation

BID Services is carrying out a consultation to learn more about our stakeholders’, e.g. clients/carers/community partners, needs, interests and communication preferences. The findings of this consultation will inform the development of our website, how we communicate with you going forwards and how we share information about our services and activities.

As part of this process, we would like to hear from you and we would be very grateful if you would take part in this consultation by completing our survey.

Completing the survey and accessibility

We are running the survey on Survey Monkey and this can be accessed using the link below. Within the survey, all questions are provided in written English alongside a video providing the question in British Sign Language with subtitles and voiceover.

If you need support completing the survey or require information in an alternative format, please contact the Marketing Team at marketing@bid.org.uk and provide your name, contact details and preferred method of contact. For example, we could post the survey to you, send an accessible Word version of the survey to you electronically or complete the survey over the phone or via video call.

We have also provided a Word version of the survey below. If you prefer, you can download this, complete the form and return it to us via email at marketing@bid.org.uk.

This consultation will be live until Sunday 31st October, please complete your response by this date.
