[Update] Kickstart Scheme: 6-Month Paid Placements Opportunities at BID Services

The Kickstart Opportunities program is a nationwide government scheme that provides funding to employers to create new job placements for individuals aged 16-24 who are on Universal Credit and are at risk of long-term unemployment. The scheme is perfect for those looking to gain experience in a professional setting and learn new skills to further develop their CV to boost their employment opportunities in the future.

BID Services as an employer

We are proud to announce that BID Services will be taking part in the Kickstart scheme. We will be offering young people aged 16-24 years old who are receiving Universal Credit six month placements.

The program is a 6-month long paid placement at one of our offices (depending on your location, and the participants age), where you will be assigned a dedicated and highly experienced line manager who will provide you with all of the necessary support for the role, as well as helping you further develop your professional skills during your time at placement.  Furthermore, we will provide you with on-the job training which will cover our extensive and clear criteria of core training.
