Service Updates

With England entering a new lockdown, we have once again had to review how we deliver some of our services across the country to ensure these align to lockdown rules. However, we are still here to help, so please do get in touch if you need information, advice or support.

Most of our services will be operating remotely so the quickest way to get information, advice and support is via email, video call or telephone. Hopefully, we will be able to help you straight away. However, if you need more in depth support and an initial assessment is required, we will complete this remotely, wherever possible. Our staff will then work with you to identify the most suitable way we can support you during these challenging times. 

Where essential, face-to-face appointments will take place in line with government guidelines to ensure the safety of you and our staff. PPE will be worn and we will check in with you before your appointment to ensure you and those you live with do not have any symptoms of Covid 19 and are not self-isolating.

BID Services – Office Closures

Wherever possible, we will be closing our local offices. A small number of our offices such as the Deaf Cultural Centre in Birmingham and Gallery House in Leeds will remain open for essential services only. These will have limited staff on site for safety reasons and can only be accessed via an appointment system with an agreed date and time slot for appointments.

In the first instance, please get in touch with your local BID team via the contact details below and only visit your local BID Services office if you have an appointment.
