Birmingham Clean Air Zone: What you need to know

Birmingham is on a journey to cleaner air. From 1st June 2021, Birmingham will launch a Clean Air Zone.  Most of the pollution in the air is caused by cars and this is having a harmful effect on the health of people living, working and studying in the city. It is hoped that the Clean Air Zone will help improve air quality.

As part of this, we are keen to highlight the accomplishments of Deaf individuals and explore how they have used their success to champion and promote Deaf culture and the Deaf community.
