Housing Project

BID Services acts as the managing agent for a housing association in Handsworth. This is a 7-bedroom property for profoundly deaf people who need some level of assistance towards independent living.  BID provides assistance with housing repairs and queries, and signposts residents to other services if required. Staff supporting the home are qualified BSL users and the property is fully adapted for the needs of profoundly deaf tenants.
