We would like to reassure our service users in Coventry that whilst we have to make changes to the way we deliver our service in line with the Government’s guidelines, we are still open and here to support people with sight and hearing loss.
Home visits
The government have communicated that extra precautions should be taken to minimise social contact for people that are:
• Pregnant
• 70 or over 70
• have a pre-existing health condition
We are still taking referrals to the service as normal and essential home visits have now been resumed with COVID-19 risk assessment in place to ensure staff and client's safety.
We understand that you may be feeling particularly anxious about the current situation so if you need support or advice around your finances, general information and support, updated information on the Coronavirus, if you feel isolated and need someone to talk to or even just need some emotional support during this difficult time then please get in touch with us as we are here to help.
