Even though we are expected to stay at home, the Wellbeing Team, funded by Sport England are working hard to ensure we all stay fit and healthy. We will shortly be starting a variety of online activities that will help you to stay mentally and physically fit.

Activities include weekly sessions with a deaf qualified personal trainer, fun tips and challenges you can do from the comfort of your living room, online sessions with Sign Yoga and interpreted fitness classes with The Active Wellbeing Society.

Our popular Friday Wellbeing group is also moving online via Facebook Live, we will be running sessions in a variety of different disciplines designed to keep you active, eating healthily and managing anxiety.
