Coronavirus Update

Updated 6th April, 2021

Whilst Covid 19 continues to affect our everyday lives, we would like to reassure our services users that we are still open and here to support people living in Birmingham who are Deaf or hard of hearing.

From 12th April 2021, the Deaf Cultural Centre (DCC) in Birmingham will be open on Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays from 9am to 5pm for face-to-face appointments.

However, appointments must be pre-booked in advance with a member of staff. We are also able to support you remotely via video call, email or telephone depending on your needs and preferences.

When carrying out face-to-face appointments, in line with government guidelines, our staff will wear PPE and risk assessments will be carried out ensuring the safety of you and our staff.

To book an appointment at the DCC or remotely, or if you have any questions, please get in touch with a member of the team using the details below.
