BID's Communicate 24/7 is a valuable addition to our established Interpreting Service.
It has been created so that emergency services, e.g. Fire, Police and Ambulance can access BSL interpreting, for Deaf people, in times of emergency.
Communicate 24/7 gives you access to our qualified
interpreters during emergency situations - increasing the quality of
service we can offer and helping the emergency services to respond to
urgent or emergency situations in a quick and efficient manner.
Please remember that Communicate 24/7 is an emergency service and
should not be used to book interpreters for non-emergency appointments.

through to a specialised co-ordinator. Once you have specified your
requirements we will endeavour to have an interpreter with you as soon
as we can.
