bid services' Care Management Team is specialised, professional and experienced.

Background information
We are commissioned by local authorities to provide Care Management Services to profoundly deaf British Sign Language (BSL) users.  Our flexible and adaptive approach to service delivery means that we can expand our services in other areas as commissioned.

Our expertise covers all disciplines across Children and Adult Services and our well established assessment and reviewing systems ensure services are always appropriate, timely, efficient, economic and effective.  A full time Duty Officer is available five days a week with an open door policy to allow easy access to give the support our clients need.

Our Philosophy
Care Management's philosophy is built on empowerment and facilitating independence.  We understand that getting the right help, advice and guidance is essential.

We always work to make sure clients are directed to the right service for their needs through our team’s impeccable knowledge of care management and social work.
