bid services provides a range of specialist support and advice to not only the deaf community but people and organisations regarding deaf issues. In some of our services we do provide services for wider range of disability.

We have developed a reputation for providing innovative, high quality services to meet the needs of the community that we serve.

By working in partnership with funders, clients and service providers we have become most effective in pursuing our aim of providing high quality services for the deaf, deafened and hard of hearing communities.

Our Development Team actively look for new services and funding to create new initiatives.

Care Management

bid services' Care Management Team is specialised, professional and experienced.

Due to staff training Duty will be closed on Friday 19th March but open for emergencies only

Communication

Communication covers interpreting services and training on British Sign Language (BSL) and deaf related training.

Community services are provided to the community to enable people to overcome the barriers they face in their everyday life.

bid services Employment Service has been running since 2007 and was originally funded through LSC (Learning Skills Council) and NRF (Neighbourhood Renewal Fund) funding awarded by the Birmingham City Council Department for Economic Development.
