News — Personalisation Conference
Please find attached information about a joint conference at the Deaf Cultural Conference hosted by bid services and Options for Life. bid services and Options for Life are well established providers of care and support.
You will already be aware that the Personalisation agenda seeks to give choice and control to those people using services and is the cornerstone of government policy. It has the potential to impact the lives of thousands of people who have care / support needs.
Many smaller organisations are on the periphery of this exciting new agenda and are trying to grapple with this topic. This conference offers the opportunity to take part in discussions, workshops, visit exhibition stands, network with providers and hear from keynote speakers such as Peter Hay, Strategic Director for Adults and Communities, Birmingham City Council.
