News — BID Services takes part in photoshoot to promote legacy giving
As part of a developing Legacy campaign, BID recently took part in an awareness campaign to promote the benefits of leaving a gift in a will as part of 'Remember a Charity' week.
The week was set up by the consortium 'Remember a Charity' of which BID Services is a member, to promote legacy giving. The regional campaign was part of a larger national campaign that included a section within the Daily Telegraph, and aimed to promote how valuable legacies can be and how much they can support the work of any charity.
Legacies can make a big difference to an organisation and can help organisations to continue to support its service users as well as suppoting the development of new services.
BID, like many other charities, need donations to continue its good work and leaving a gift in a will is just one way that someone can donate.
If you require any further information concerning legacies then please contact Terry Yarnall at BID Services.
