We hope you like the changes and would like to reassure you that our number one priority is still providing high quality services for deaf, deafened and hard of hearing people. We also support people with physical and sensory disability thereby increasing the number of people we are able to help.

If you are a regular visitor to our site you will already know about the services we have to offer but might not know about our new services in Coventry, Durham and Warwickshire. If you’re new to us, or just want to refresh your memory, the best places to start are the ‘our services’, ‘about us’, or our ‘news archive’ sections to get you up to date and finding out about bid services.

The information on our site will also shortly be available in British Sign Language (BSL) and large text, improving the site's accessibility. Our media team will make sure the latest news, events and pictures of what has been happening here at bid services are up to date so you won’t miss anything that’s going on here.
