You will have extensive knowledge of the aims and background of the Supporting People programme and the associated quality assessment framework, with experience of contract monitoring.  You will be responsible for our large team of Support Workers and you will ensure that our existing services and contracts continue to be delivered to a high quality standard and new services are established and developed in line with contractual standards.  You will also take the lead in submitting tenders and developing new services.  

You will work directly for the Chief Executive and have the attributes listed in the person specification, knowledge of British Sign Language is desirable but not essential.
