Training, Learning and development: needs are identified through regular supervision and our Joint Performance Review process. Line managers review progress and are constantly looking for ways to move people on in their careers – whether that’s through new responsibilities or high-quality training. All new starters are supported to achieve British Sign Language Levels 1 & 2 and Deaf Awareness training as a core training need. We run a range of management development initiatives and are supportive towards achievement of other professional qualifications according to specific roles.
